Thread and Spider Vein Removal

Skin&Spirit offer two different treatments to safely and effectively remove visible thread and spider veins.  Sclerotherapy (legs only) and Laser Thread Vein Removal (face, torso and legs).

For Sclerotherapy on the legs, a prescribed sclerosing agent is injected directly into the veins with a very fine needle.  The agent creates a safe thrombosis, effectively stopping the blood supply and thus gently removing the visible thread veins.  

For Laser Thread Vein Removal, we use the amazing 3D Aesthetics Vasculase laser machine, which safely, effectively and precisely targets the veins with a laser, coagulating and heating the vein so that it dies.

For both treatments, the prices quoted include up to 2 top up sessions on the same area.  Although both are very effective at removing up to 90% of veins in one area, sometimes, secondary sessions are required to completely eradicate them.  A 4-week period between sessions is required.  For both treatments, there are some contraindications.  A medical consultation with our Registered Nurse Prescriber (completely free of charge) is therefore required before booking your treatment.

Prices are based upon number and size of thread veins to be treated and the total number of sessions required, but start at £190 per area, including up to 2 additional top up sessions.
