Volcanic stones are heated in water and used to massage over the body in conjunction with the therapist's hands to melt away any tension you may have-or to give you the ultimate relaxation time.  The heat penetrates your muscles, leaving you feeling calm and relaxed.

Choice of a range or mix of essential oils including lavender, rose, geranium, lemon, tea tree, chamomile or eucalyptus; or choice of Temple Spa blended aromatherapy massage oil.  Choose from In Good Spirits (uplifting), Drift Away (relaxing) or Work It Out (detoxing).

A full body massage incorperating ancient Chinese method of creating healing in the body through negative pressure by means of suction the including front and back of legs, feet, arms and hands and back, neck and shoulders.  This massage can be purely for relaxing or relieving any aches, pains and tension.  A full consultation is included.  50 minutes.

Take your facial to a whole new level of relaxation while boosting blood circulation and hair growth.  Massage will be carried out while face mask is on so no extra time is needed for the appointment. Please note that we will apply oil to your hair and scalp, please specify prior to treatment if you would prefer no oil to be used.

Body exfoliating treatment comprising of a full body brush and application of Temple Spa's Sugar Buff exfoliator, with hydrating olive and grape seed oil, fig, pomegranate, vitamin E plus a relaxing cocktail of essential oils including lavender, patchouli, clove, grapefruit, eucalyptus and rosemary.  The treatment completes with application of Peace Be Still calming skin balm with extracts of coriander, lemon and nutmeg. Ideal pre tanning treatment.  20 minute treatment.

Conditioning body treatment commencing with a full body brush and application of Temple Spa's Sugar Buff exfoliator, with hydrating olive and grape seed oil, fig, pomegranate, vitamin E plus a relaxing cocktail of essential oils including lavender, patchouli, clove, grapefruit, eucalyptus and rosemary.  Duvet comforting and hydrating body cream is then applied, followed by an uplifting body massage using In Good Spirits reviving aromatherapy oil. Ideal holiday prep.  50 minute treatment.
