Medical Grade Medik8® Chemical Peels

If you are already experienced with chemical peels and are looking for that next level up, we offer several medical grade (medium to high strength) chemical peels from Medik8®, all utilising their patented time release formation. All medical-grade peels are carried out by our Registered Nurse.

Medik8® Mono Glycolic TR™

A mono (single active chemical) medium to high strength medical peel containing either 30%, 50% or 70% glycolic acid, developed using Medik8's patented time release formation. Mono Glycolic TR is used for ageing, scarring, and photo damaged skin.

Medik8® Mono Lactic TR™

A mono (single active chemical) medium strength medical peel containing either 30% or 50% lactic acid, developed using Medik8's patented time release formation. Mono Lactic TR is used for pigmented, dehydrated, and dull skin.

Medik8® Mono Mandelic TR™

A mono (single active chemical) medium strength medical peel containing 30% mandelic acid, developed using Medik8's patented time release formation. Mono Mandelic TR is used for acne, blemish prone, and congested skin.

Medik8® Peel Layering (Medical Grade)

A combination medium to high strength medical chemical peel treatment, utilising more than one single active chemical (glycolic, lactic and mandelic acids between 30% and 70%, tailored specifically to yo) and applying each acid with clinically advanced layering techniques to target specific skin concerns. Developed using Medik8's patented time release formation. Medik8 Peel Layering is used for ageing, scarring, photo damaged, acne, blemish prone, congested pigmented, dehydrated and dull skin.

A consultation is required for all chemical peel treatments. Exact prices will be confirmed during your consultation. There is no cost for a consultation or any obligation to go ahead with treatment, however, for Medik8 Chemical Peels there is a requirement to prepare the skin with Vitamin C and Retinol for 2 weeks prior to chemical peel treatments (or commence a course starting with an Enzyme or Sensitive Peel). Pre treatment packs can be purchased from Skin&Spirit. Redness and mild peeling post treatment up to 1-3 days for light peels and up to 7-10 peels for medium strength/medical grade peels. Strict adherence to aftercare is required. Medical grade peels and peel layering is only carried by Skin&Spirit's Registered Nurse.
